Amanda Hetrick, a licensed massage therapist at Rooted Holistic Center, in Haddon Heights, brings a trauma-informed approach to her practice, helping clients reconnect with their bodies through somatic release. With more than seven years of experience as a massage client, Hetrick’s passion for healing ignited in 2021, when she made it her mission to give back this transformative gift to others.

In her sessions, Hetrick draws on intuition, intentional touch and divine guidance to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental space for clients. Her personal experiences with trauma, sexual assault and addiction shape her empathetic approach, allowing clients to feel safe and supported as they reconnect with a sense of peace and presence.

Beyond her professional work, Hetrick is a devoted mother to her 3-year-old son, Kristian. She finds strength and inspiration in empowered women, the healing power of the ocean and Native American ceremonies.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Rooted Holistic Center offers all sessions on a donation basis, making them tax-deductible.
